VelvetLux Return & Refund Policy

Due to the intimate nature of our products, all sales are final on opened, used, or unsealed items. This policy exists for hygiene and safety reasons and cannot be waived.

Eligible for return/exchange:

  • Item arrived damaged or defective
  • Wrong item was shipped
  • Item is unopened, unused, and in original sealed packaging

Not eligible for return:

  • Any opened or used product (health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items without original packaging/seals intact
  • Change of mind on used items

Timeframe: Contact us within 14 days of delivery to start a return or exchange.

How to request: Email support@velvetlux.shop with your order number and photos (if damaged/defective). We'll respond within 1-2 business days.

Refunds: Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of us receiving the returned item.

Shipping costs: Customer covers return shipping unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
