Discreet Packaging: All orders ship in plain, unmarked packaging with no reference to product contents or brand name on the outside. Your billing statement will show a discreet descriptor, not "VelvetLux."

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

Delivery Times (Australia):

• Standard shipping: 3-7 business days
• Express shipping: 1-3 business days
